The minimum opening order is $375 and the minimum reorder is $150. Accounts that have not made a purchase within a twelve month period require a minimum reorder of $375.

SALES TERMS
Upon approval of the wholesale application, resale of Christina Werkmeister prints are only permitted to be sold in the retail location and/or website listed in the original application. Additional locations/sites must be approved in writing.
To be eligible to sell our products you need a valid Resale Certificate issued by your state. Christina Werkmeister Design, LLC is not responsible for any sales tax or fees associated with the resale of wholesale products.
All terms, pricing, and materials associated with Christina Werkmeister Design, LLC are confidential. Sharing this information with the public or outside of your company is not permitted.
We are not liable for the difference in color between monitors and screens and the actual artwork.
Seller has the right to terminate any wholesale account.
PRICING

MSRP must be kept up to date with current www.christinawerkmeister.com pricing. To keep the Christina Werkmeister Design brand integrity and value, buyers may not offer discounts larger than 15% off the MSRP online and 30% off the MSRP in stores.
Pricing updates will be emailed to all active buyers. Failure to comply will result in termination of the wholesale agreement.
PAYMENT
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, or Paypal.
CANCELLATIONS
Because items are immediately sent to production, all cancellations or changes to orders are only accepted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
SHIPPING
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped, as our prints are made to order. Items ship directly from our printing partner in Pottstown, PA.
Prints up to 16”x20” will be packaged in individual cello bags. Prints larger than that will come rolled in a tube. Depending on the size of your order and the combination in sizes of the prints, your order may ship flat or in a tube or both. Please contact us if you need special product packaging.
You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us via email if you would like to pay for expedited shipping within 24 hours of placing your order.
Retailers are responsible for shipping costs.
Drop shipping is available at a 25% discount off the current retail price.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, including apt numbers, unit numbers, suite numbers, etc. If the package is sent back or is undeliverable due to the wrong address submitted on the order, additional shipping charges will apply to reship the item.
Christina Werkmeister Design, LLC. is not responsible for any carrier delays.
The retailer is responsible for covering any duties or customs fees for International orders.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We accept returns for unopened, undamaged products in their original packaging. We will not accept returned products that have already been marked or labeled. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Please contact us regarding incorrectly shipped items within 5 days of receipt to arrange for returns and exchanges. Refund will be issued when we receive the returned items.
Damages or defective merchandise must be reported in writing along with images of the damaged prints and packaging within 5 days of receipt. All work kept beyond 5 days without notification is assumed to be delivered safely and is considered a final sale.
Lost packages must be reported to us within 20 days of the ship date so we can work with the carrier to locate the package.
ONLINE RETAILERS
You may only sell Christina Werkmeister prints on the website listed on your approved application. Selling our prints with third-party online resellers (i.e. Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, etc) is not permitted.
Credit must be given to “Christina Werkmeister” in the title or description of each product listing.
PRODUCT IMAGES
We are happy to provide our product images to use for your approved online store and/or marketing purposes. All images used for marketing purposes must include our product and company names.
EXCLUSIVITY
Exclusivity based on zip code is offered to actively stocked stores.
